This recently completed villa project is located on a spectacular 1250 m2 of land in Hervi village, Tabriz. The site, is a semi triangular shaped virgin land that laid between another flat houses.  Conceptually the whole project including bedrooms is designed as a flat house with flat roof.

Concepts

Due to economical matters we designed a reinforced concrete structure for this house.   Owning to land shape; built area is located on northes part of site, so we have to design a roof window for some rooms. Landscape architecture for this project is based on variety of plants and flowers therefore we limitted cars just in front of enterance.
