If we would write down a proper title for this house, we could get to this one: “Neo-Classic interior design with costs control and usage of the existing furniture”.
Add to that, “ٌFor a tasteful employer”!
So, the Nikan House is simple but sophisticated, and the execution would be so tense.
Usually, the furniture and space planning wouldn’t work out easily in square shaped halls, so the potential for adding in a wooden partition presented itself in the design process, and we used it as a TV wall.
